On August 22, following the "China Intelligent Valley Fuchun Park" project in Hangzhou, the Weiyadi team returned to Dongguan. As the new semester was approaching, they went all out to install LED lighting fixtures for the sports venue of "Dongguan Shipai Town Fulong Primary School."
01Dongguan Education ExpansionFulong Primary School on the ListSince the beginning of this year, Dongguan has officially launched the thousand-day campaign for education expansion and quality improvement, accelerating the construction, renovation, and expansion of public schools in the basic education stage, substantially increasing the supply of public primary and secondary school places, and expanding the coverage of high-quality educational resources. From 2020 to 2025, the city will build, renovate, and expand 231 public primary and secondary schools, adding 342,400 public school places. Among the 29 schools scheduled for completion in 2020, five schools have already been completed ahead of schedule, namely Songshan Lake Hengli Experimental School, Dalingshan Middle School, Shipai Town Fulong Primary School, Dalang Town Experimental Primary School, and Caole Campus of Xiegang Town Central Primary School.
The expansion project of Shipai Town Fulong Primary School has a total investment of 29.55 million yuan, with a planned total land area of 11,035 square meters and a total construction area of 8,583 square meters. The construction includes a new teaching building, an indoor gymnasium, a school gate, a pump house, and a fire pool. The project started construction in April 2019 and is scheduled to be completed and put into use in September 2020. It will add 12 classes and provide 540 school places.
Fulong Primary School
The newly built gymnasium of Fulong Primary School is mainly used for daily physical education and training, while also meeting the venue needs of the school's related cultural and entertainment activities. In addition, it is open to surrounding villagers on statutory holidays. It is worth mentioning that this gymnasium will also host professional basketball games between villages and towns in the future.

02Witness the Light of SportsCreate a Smart SpaceIn order to create a better lighting environment for the sports venue, the school hoped to use a complete set of professional lighting solutions to meet the needs of various events, cultural and sports entertainment for teachers and students, while achieving durability and energy saving, and to strive to build a benchmark sports venue in Dongguan. Therefore, this "sports venue" not only gathered many well-known brands in various supporting facilities, but also pursued excellence in lighting requirements. During the selection process of venue lighting brands, Weiyadi sports lighting system stood out among many competitors with scientific selection, unique light distribution technology, and constant illuminance levels.
Based on the school's needs and the internal structural characteristics of the venue, the Weiyadi lighting technical team designed a lighting solution for Fulong Primary School that meets Level III standards (professional competition), with an average illuminance of up to 860 lux. They selected 22 sets of the independently developed WS-TLU150 and 18 sets of WS-GSM100 series court lighting fixtures. At the same time, they equipped the sports venue with the smart dimming system "Wise Smart Grid Cloud," which allows free switching among multiple usage modes such as fitness and entertainment, daily training, and professional competition, meeting lighting needs in different scenarios and easily achieving energy saving and consumption reduction.
